I felt as though I should have created a seperate page for music and the like so here we go.
Music/bands that I like: Not really in the best order but the first few are my favorite bands. I will probly put this another page when i get the time.
2. Maynard's Bands (A Perfect Circle and Tool, I had to classify them the same)
3. Opeth (DEMON OF THE FALL)
4. Skywind (depending what mood im in they pull ahead of Opeth and then sometimes drop down to below them)
5. Nirvana
6. Metallica (yea I know but they kicked so much ass back in the day, the only reason they aren't higher is cause of their current attitude).
7. Pink Floyd (no comment needed)
8. Atmosphere (yea its rap but i've been getting into them lately)
9. Apocalyptica (yea dude)
10. Hmm ill just list the rest of the bands I like (not in order anymore): AC/DC, Alice in Chains, A Tribe Called Quest, Bathory, Black Sabbath, Bob Dylan,Bone Thugs, Bush, CCR, Chevelle, Death, Deftones, Dimmu Borgir, Disturbed, Foo Fighters, Hed PE, Hoobaspank (ha ha), Incubus, Jimi Hendrix Experience, Killswitch Engage, Kyuss, Linkin Park, Megadeth, Meshuggah, NWA, Ozzy, Pantera, Prodigy, Queen, Queens of the Stone Age, Rolling Stones, Sevendust, Slayer (some of it), Social Burn, Static-X, Strapping Young Lad, Taproot, Tab Benoit, Testament, The Doors, The Toadies, The Who, Van Halen, Venom, White Zombie, and of course ZZ Top.
Music that fricken Sux:
1. Britney Spears-seriously how can you listen to that?
2.All boy bands- again, were you dropped as a child?
3. Slipknot/Mushroomhead... or any other lame band that thinks screaming whiney lyrics without instrumental talent is metal (especially when they got like 9 guys, shouldn't at least one of them be good?).
4. The Beatles- I have to mention them again. I never really understood them. It's like they're hailed as the best band of all time, but why? What do they have that other bands don't have, and don't give me this crap about "they were the first to do this, the first to do that...". Just because a band is the first to do something dosn't mean that they are the best in that category.
5. Elvis- I don't like him for the same reason I hate the beatles, too much hype for too little talent. Have you ever seen videos of him playing? Comon people, there were much better people back then (Chuck Berry ring a bell?)
6.All Punk music- I seriously want someone to change my mind on this because a lot of punk is underground and I tend to like the underground music scene but nobody has given me the reason to like this genre. I hate it when people try and point out that their punk is better than the "sum 41/Good Charlotte" punk. There's no difference, its the same elementary guitar riffs over and over with bunch of whining.
7. Country Music-Do I really need to say anything here.
